Oh boy do I have a story....
Ok so today I went cold calling, like I have all the other days this week. I get up to crescent heights, and we start cold calling. About a half an hour later I get to a house, the usual, go up to the door, ring the bell, hear the faint whisper of the tv on, someone comes to the door, I give them my schpeal, they say no... the usual. So anyways, as I was walking away from this house it feels like I almost trip on something. They had their hose out on the driveway spread all over the place I thought I had just tripped on that. No, I looked down only to find that my freaking flip flop had split into two, horizontally, so the bottom half of my foot is on the driveway...... I told my team and I was alright to go, just a couple more houses and we would be done. But no... get halfway to the next house and the straps come undone from the shoe... there is literally no shoe left for me to wear... Oh boy.. the humility. I had to call it a day... walk the 1/2 kilometre back to my car BARE FOOT.. oh yes. It was fun. Then I also had to drive home with no shoes...
So basically I made a whole $5.... which I will now use NOT buying flip flops.
Boy I was NOT a happy camper when I got home.

Goodnight.... your embarrassing me, your embarrasing you
Well since I have so much time on my hands.. and will have for the next two weeks I thought hey, I might as well start blogging again because blogging is the best invention ever and then when you want to look back at what you were feeling April 15 2007 YOU CAN!
Like the other day... I went back to the land of spring 2004, read all my posts and even made a comemorative cd! That was on Saturday... good ol' saturday, where do I begin.
Well after I made my cd me and my sister took the dog for a really really long walk. We walked through the paths and to RJS convinience store where we bought slushes and I bought Cinnamon gum because that is what we always used to have in english class in the spring of 2004 and I was craving it. So after the convenient store we went to the park and laid in the sun and ran around like morons... o wait that was just me. And when I happened to be running around the gum fell out of my pocket and we had to go back and look for it. But I found it.
That night me and all the guys got together and guess what we played??? MARIO PARTY. I am totally on the bandwagon now, which is great, it was super fun. Everyone got drunk except for me because I was DD of course which is totally lame let me tell you. We left Nathan and Nolans house at 4 in the morning and I didnt feel like driving all the way to Crescent Heights to drop Bryan off, so he slept at my house.... and jeez.. my mother didnt even talk to me in the morning. O wait she did... she said "That better not happen again."..... wow mom..... thanks for making Bryan want to never come over again... You'd think im 13 sometimes. She didnt even ask for a reason WHY he slept over... whatever.
Today I made a whole $10 by going cold calling for an hour, it was great fun.... no, it was ok. My boss is really cool, she did an exchange when she was in high school to Barcelona for 5 months. That would be the coolest thing in the world. Plus shes also seen Celine Dion in Las Vegas...... My boss is my new hero.

This is how I roll
Well... its been a loong semester. But hey, im almost done. I have literally 7 days left and then I am done school completely!! After School is done though I have to do a practicum. For my practicum I am going to the Days Inn here in Medicine Hat, it should be exciting. Brandi went there last semester and she said that it was really fun. Im not really looking forward to it though, maybe its because my last practicum was a major waste of time and money.
Then after my practicum is all complete and everything then I get a whole week off. You dont know how nice that week is going to be. For the last three weeks ive been running around like a chicken on fire because of all the stupid project I have to do for school.
Today was the major one though, I had my CTC Egypt presentation and it went well with Cleopatrick and all...
Other than that, on friday I have a cruise assignment but it will be fun. I bought a dress/shirt for my cousins wedding in a couple weeks, so im going to wear that, and leis because it is very caribbean.
Basically all im doing is rambling and wasting time on the internet until Bryan gets home. Oh and then we need to pack because he is moving back to his parents house... which he believes is going to save him money. The thing is they are charging him $250 a month rent, plus he has to buy all his lunch groceries. Personally, I will pay the extra $100 or so a month if it means I dont have to go over to his parents house.... Im NOT a big fan of them, as you can tell.
We also have to go shopping tonight because I need painter pants or shorts for my painting job this summer which I am totally excited to start!

spring freaking break
Guessy whos coming to Vernon in July!? me me me. Its only for a short while though, a couple days. Because after that I am going to the Island with my parents, to Tofino.. im excited, hopefully I'll convince them to take me whale watching.
Today I got confirmed for my other practicum, I'am NOT going to vernon again, im staying here and going to the Days Inn. Brandi was there last semester and she said it was fabulous, so im hoping its just as fabulous for me. Other than that... I have an interview at Value Village tomorrow, and I hope I get the job because I am BROKE.
Yeah... and this spring break thing kinda sucks... All ive done is homework ALL WEEK.

Merry Fing Christmas
So... I know it has been a while since I last updated. I have been at my practicum for the last two weeks... two weeks of boring.. boringness. All I did was sit there and watch them, it sucked. Nevermind the fact that I was in Vernon alone with no one to hang out with. Although, on sunday I did get the chance to hang out with Kylie for a little while. That was fun, it was good to catch up. I left on thursday, I had had enough of it, and decided to just do the 70 hours instead of two full weeks. The bus ride on the way back was brutal. I had a seat all to myself until we hit revelstoke, then when I decide to do some homework on the bus, some old guy decides to come sit beside me. Grr. Not only that, but he had a HAM HOGIE with him. Therefor the whole way home, all I was smelling was Ham hogie... and farts. Old people farts. Good lord.
Bryan picked me up from the bus station, and since I hadnt really had anything to eat all the way home, he picked us up some Wendy's and we ate when we got home. It was the most delicious thing I had ever tasted.
Then on Saturday, we had christmas cookie making day, withought the crafts. Im getting less creative in my old age. So we made sugar cookies, and pin wheels which were a pain in the ass! We made enough for us, his mom, his dad, and his grandpa. We made a lot of cookies. Then on saturday night. We hit up the starbucks and then went looking at christmas lights. It was very romantic even thoguh we would have died from the wind if we would have gotten out of the car.
Last night we watched Love Actually. My favorite christmas movie in the world!!

Ever since I've been in Medicine Hat ive had to sleep at bryans house because I just cant stand my family anymore. All they do is give give give to my stupid spoiled whore of a sister. Here's a new bed, Here's a fully paid trip to London (because its "for band"), Here's a tv and satellite reciever in your room, Here's a dog because you've wanted one for so long. Oh.. also here's a video ipod for christmas, nevermind the fact that we're in debt, if my little baby wants one, well... whats $500 for my princess. Plus all the other presents that she has. Which is like 846 million.
Fuck im sick of her, I cant wait to move out.

Want to know why I hate winter. Well yesterday I was driving home after bryan had forgotten all his things at my house. And when we were coming around the corner near my house, we literally did a 360. THEN this morning, on my way to school, same corner, I did about a 90 degree turn, it was ok because that one was easy to get out of. Coming back was a different story, I was coming home AFTER school same god damn 90 degree turn, this time I was stuck in a snow bank.... I felt like the CC trying to get out of it, reversing, going straight, getting stuck again. I eventually got out or else I would not be here. I probably would have froze in my car because yes... it is -25 out today.
Needless to say, Im taking a different route if I ever want to leave again today.
I also hate the christmas time for one particular reason. Food. For the last two weeks I have had two and a half boxes of cherry chocolate. God I feel fat.

Pocket Change
So this week in general has been very busy. Last weekend, on Friday, Bryans grandma died. So as soon as I heard this, I left work ( only 2 hours into my shift, but I really don't care) and stayed with bryan for the night. All weekend we were there at his grandpas house, eating trays and such. Bryans friend Chris for Taber is here this week to, so hes also staying at bryans house. Alan came over on Friday night, and we went glo bowling to, so bryan could get his mind off of things. I love glo bowling, I havnt bowled for years. They also got drunk friday night. And then kinda again on saturday.
Monday I went to school, as well as tuesday. But bryan took tuesday off. Tuesday was the viewing and the prayer reading. I also had a major marketing project due on wednesday, I didnt stop doing things on tuesday. neither did bryan, he was so busy that he left his dress shoes on top of his car and then drove away.... I wasnt there when that happened. But we had to retrace his steps, needless to say we didnt find them.
The prayer reading was sad. Bryan and all his cousins had to say a couple words. That was the hardest part.
The actual funeral was wednesday morning. Holy cow were there a lot of people. We went to a huge gothic catholic church. The ceremony lasted an hour, I thought it was going to be much longer. Then we went to the grave yard. I got to ride in the limo with bryan and all his cousins. I dont get to ride in limos often.
There was a very large funeral procession..... very long. After we went to the redcliff legion... were there were A LOT of old people. There was lunch.. but we went back to his grandpas house.
We went home after, watched The Notorious Bettie Page, then I called Brandi.
I didnt really want to go to the Drink a small town dry thing. I just wanted to sleep. But she made me go. It was alright, they drove us to Elkwater lake lodge. It was just a lame little restaurant with really slow bar staff.Then at 11 they drove us back to Ralphs. That was my night. Ill have pictures posted soon.

Yay..... 14 hour bus ride
Im confirmed!! Im confirmed. So... from December 4th to December 15th, I am going to be in Vernon!! So I probably will be there alone... seeing as how everyone has their finals that week, but o well. Im going to the Uniglobe Kalamalka travel and im SOOOOO excited. So I guess Im not going to Victoria, or staying here like my parents want. But I really want to go here.
So this Christmas wont be as cheap as I hoped it would be. Sadly.
Anyways, this weekend sucked. I went to ezzies on friday, I was supposed to meet brandi there, but guess who didnt show up... so I left an hour later.
Saturday we went to the corona, only for an hour. We went to Jason's before that cause they just had to play with their new air soft guns. .... Boys...
Yesterday we carved beautiful pumpkins, and thats about all we accomplished. I was supposed to dye my hair too, but we didnt have time.

So this weekend was Bryans birthday weekend as well as Thanksgiving. On friday night we went to the silver buckle because it was Alexander Keiths Birthday!! So if you were one of the first 100 people to get there, you got a free mug with free Alexander Keiths beer, plus antlers!! Bryan was meeting all of the guys he works with there, so that wasnt too bad. I was the only girl there for a while, until they all found some hoochees. Anyways... I had to babysit bryan basically. OOOOO on friday I also made bryan dinner. I went all out and roasted a chicken with mash potatoes and peas... ALL BY MYSELF I was very proud. I also bought him a icecream cake. And... needless to say, its gone. We ate it ALL.
Then on saturday night we met amaya and her sister at My office pub, had a couple of fancy drinks, played some pool then went to the silver buckle. We also meandered over to The Royal..... ghetto little old folks bar.... bar for the ugly singles basically. Im deeply surprised my boss wasnt there. seriously.
Sunday, we sat around, I did homework. Then it was turkey time!!!
It was also turkey time again tonight, because we had to go over to bryans parents house..... fun. It wasnt actually that bad which I am surprised.

sexy back
So heres my weekend. Friday night they were having this whole "meet and greet" thing at the den for the GTM's so it was a plan that me, brandi, andi and melissa were all going to go. Not a whole lot of people showed up, but it was fun. The theme was "what the hell are you wearing" but only about 4 of the first year students dressed up. Me not being one of them. We left by 9... but that was also because I had to get up at 5 the next morning for stupid work.
So.. work was dreadful, I got an earful about how my boss has a girlfriend.. good lord, the first thing I pictured was a severe handicap.
The saturday night was a blast. It was logans birthday, and I didnt have to work the next day. So... we started off at My Office Pub. And... I had a cosmopolitan!! it was delicious.
Then we walked to the silver buckle where we told ghost stories, totally freaked ourselves out, so we decided to get real drunk to forget about it. I had a porn star, and half of logans jug.
From there, we walked a mile in the cold to the corona, just cause I wanted to dance.
I saw denise there, that was cool. And we danced.
Then logan said that stilettos was going to be closing tomorrow forever. so we wanted to go there, since most 3/4 of us had never been. The three being me, bryan and Celia (logans girlfriend)
So we took a cab there. Stilettos is a lingere bar, where all the waitresses walk around in lingerie, or just thier underwear. Which.... really isnt all that attractive. Especially this one waitress, who was just wearing a thong and a bra.... well... I dont think you should have that job if your chubby and have cellulite... just an idea.
We left shortly because the kitchen closed and we were drunk already. So we walked home. Logan lives with bryan now. So the four of us practically had a sleep over. It was fabulous.
Oh... and this tuesday I start my first salsa dancing class.

oooo whoo hoo guess who has open game to the tigers tonight. Me! bryans parents gave them to us cause they went to novia scotia. Good... other side of the continent, that works for me. I didnt go to ONE game last year, I did have the chance but no.... my stupid cc boss threatened me that he better not see me there, literally.
So, about my boss. Retard said that he would give me every second saturday off. Well I worked today and guess who has to work again next weekend. ass face. I even asked him and hes like "well I said you could have the ODD saturday off, yeah right. grrrrr. I didnt want to start yelling at him, cause hes creepy and probably would be like "o yeah, yell at me some more, i like it mmmmmm" and well..... no.
I've also had it with S.U.L. (stupid, ugly lyndsey) Besides the fact that shes stupid and ugly (as stated) shes kinda a cow. We work together and have a class together, shes thinks shes gods gift to the world and doesnt even bother to say hi if we see each other at work. IN FACT she avoids looking at me.
Well I guess in a sense thats good, I dont want to look at her face anyways, cause.... its ugly, and im not even lying. And whenever we're in class she always brings an ENTIRE MEAL, im not kidding. The class is in a computer lab and we're not allowed to have food.... but does she care oh no, shes better than every one.
Today I have to baby sit. Or sit on the baby is more like what i would like to be doing. Yes, jesse is cute, but good lord could we please give it some tranquillizers. Luckily bryans mom's down, so shes doing most of the sitting (on the baby) and I HAVE HOMEWORK TO DO, yay.
oooo the coolest thing about this one teacher I have is that she gives us all the test questions on a review sheet. So... if I do the review sheet, well I should get 100%
I have two classes with her (ones with S.U.L., ugh) and I have a test in both classes next week. So lots of reviewing to do!

But when I got off at 8, bryans mommy took us out for pizza.

So I know I havnt really been updative with the post. But you no longer need to wait my darlings. So... Schools going good. The hardest thing I've had to do so far was a report on Disneyland and Disney world. No joke..... yeah.. so thats my life. I have lots due in a while though. Plus tests... and things that I dont know what they are, but they're due. We had presentations the last two days. One was about the Canadian cancer society and today we had one on on the Save Old Souls. They are an animal rescue service and they brought puppies in today, they all something wrong with them of course, but they were cute none the less. And while we were waiting me, debra and Inez decided we were going to join the lunch time fitness club, plus the gym.!! Heck yes!!

So school started. Well not technically, we just has orientation the last two days. It was ok, I met a lot of people and everything, but sitting in a class room from 8 till 3... well it was a touch boring and uncomfortable on the bum. I cant wait to actually start the clases tomorrow. THAT will be exciting. It in the same hall that I took my drivers training which is a little wierd, but at least I know where everything is. Well I know where everything is now anyways. I got my locker today and all my books....eeeee. I spent $500 today just on books and a stupid parking pass. Im going broke faster than I can even say it. But anyways, I have to go shopping for a new lock for my locker... and pencil crayons, expensive ones.

Cheaper by the 4.58 dozen
Iam back, back from my lovely vacation.
The first day, we flew to toronto. We got in at about 8 their time. Its two hours difference, and trust me, you feel it. So from the airport we just went to our hotel room. Since we hadn't had supper yet, we walked a couple blocks down the desserted street and found a chinese restaurant. It was really good and really authentic. For dessert we had fried bananas.
The next day we woke up and I went with my dad to go get the rental car. We got a little lost getting back to the hotel, but we managed to get back on the right track. Then we drove to Niagara falls, it only took about an hour.
Niagara falls is crazy! There is this one street called Clifton hill that is like las vegas but wierd! There are about 4 haunted houses, wax museums, souvinear shops, ripleys belive it or not museum, guiness book of world records museum and a ton more wierd shops. We went into the movie land wax museum, it was neat, they even had a little bit of a haunted house in it. The mirror maze freaked me out a bit. I could never do an actual haunted house. We went to the hersheys store too... mm chocolate.
The actual falls were nice too, it was nice standing close because it was so hot that day, and you got showered with mist. We saw the lights at night, and the fire works.
The next day we went to marine land. It was alright, but I think I like actual aquariums better. The only things there that were interesting were the whales and dolphins. It was so hot that day and everything was so far apart. I hate walking in hot weather. But I did get to feed and touch the belugas, that was the only cool part.
We only stayed two days in Niagara falls, then we had to drive 6 hours to sturgeon falls to the dutrisac cottages. And let me tell you, were they ever humble little aboads. One of my aunt and uncles cottages were held up by rocks... and the cottage was slanting down. Gave you seasickness just being in the room. Every day we found about 5 spiders in our room. And the water was lakewater, so every night or morning when I brushed my teeth, it felt like I had just liked a fish. The water was disgusting.
After a couple days, I think I almost wanted to kill my sister. Sometimes... she just trys to hard, and it makes her a loser, and I just couldnt stand it anymore.
My cousin britney was just as bad, give her a couple drink and I couldnt even stand to be in the same room as her. This one time the guys and britney were playing poker and she didnt even know which chip was how much, no matter how many times they told her, she always asked in her stupid little baby voice. THEN when it was her time to put some chips in, she just sat there for 10 minutes deciding which one to put in so her chips wouldnt be uneven..........
But I did learn how to say oh my god in french that week. I always saw it now.
I went to north bay three times too. Once me and all my cousins went to play mini golf, then out for lunch. We also went with EVERY body to ride the chier commanda, which is a big boat that you go on a lake tour for an hour and a half. Then the last day we went and saw Accepted.
The whole week just passed by so slowly. The beds were hard, relatives annoying.
Every night we ate in the pavilion. I cant spell how I said it in french, but it was great. All the ontario families fed us and ooooo boy did they ever, I was so full everynight but it was really good. And then someone always had a campfire with marshmallows at night.
We also took a drive to sudbury on the last day to see the Big nickel. We went to a mine and took a mine tour.... it really wasnt all that excited. We also went shopping after too and I bought some jeans.
That pretty much sums up my "camping" week.
Drove back to toronto again, but we stopped at my cousins house in huntsville for an hour, just to see thier house. Then we drove to vaughn mills which I think was the biggest mall in toronto. It was pretty big. I didnt buy myself anything, but I did get bryan nephew something from the disney store, I had to.
Then for the last day, we went to another mall, that one was big too. They had a sephora in this mall, and I spent a LITTLE too much at that store. They also had a lush. After we drove around downtown to find where the air canada center was. So we had supper and then guess what time it was. Shakira time!!!! The t shirts there were very expensive. $45!!! But of course I bought one anyways. And I also bought a bracelet which was another $15.
Then the concert was amazng. Wyclef jean opened for her, he was really good too. It was just .... wow.
Then going back home was another story. I flagged down a cab like nothing. BUUT getting to the hotel litterally took 2 hours to go 15 mile!!!!!! There was a traffic jam at 1 in the morning! And it cost me $90!!! For a freaking cab ride. But hey, I guess it was worth it!
Now Im home and bryan took me out for supper last night. I missed him a whooooole bunch.

so only one more FULL day of work before I leave. yipee!!! Then I have to wake up at 6, pack the rest of my shit. Drive to calgary, go to my uncles. Then he has to drive us lot to the airport and away we deport. Knowing me though, Ill probably forget my shakira tickets, or something stupd like that. Luckily though im bringing compy with me, he has the tickets saved, so that will be no problem.
I have run into a problem though, concerning my college. It doesnt have to do with any of the courses or anything. But when I go to apply for scholarships, it says that my SIN number doesnt match my name.... soooo basically ive been screwed over for the last month. I went in and talked to the lady today, but she said that she cant do anything about it because she doesnt know how. So... she has to wait till another guy comes back from holidays until she can fix it. Now.. problem is, the deadline is August 31st.. and Im getting back on the 28th and who knows when buddy is getting back. I think by the end of this week. So, the only reason im bringing compy with me ALL the way to ontario is because I need to fill out a stupid application. grr. O well.. I am going to be stuck in a cabin for a whole week doing absolutely nothing.
Besides that, I left work 2 hours early today because I was "sick"....ahhh

As for the rest of my weekend. I took it off because we were originally going to go white water rafting, that was back in march/april. Then since that wasn't going to happen, we were going to go just camping for the weekend, that didnt work out either. So either way I had the weekend off to just do NOTHING, it was fabulous. Friday Bryan was working. I had to wake up at aout 8 and go over to my grandmas to make pickles with my parents. My mom has a new job now, so she wasnt there, it was just me, my dad and my grandma. My mom works at dollar giant now.... dont ask me why, but youd think that after 8 years of being in a dollar store business you would be sick of it, not going back to work in one part time. She's quitting tomorrow though because they suck and are understaffed. So anyways, I smelled like garlic and pickles for the next couple days. Friday my dad took me and my sister around looking for laptops, it was fabulous. My "best friend" Ron helped me pick out this one... either than that it was good. He was being all chumy with my dad... it was kinda awkward and all, mainly because hes just plain creepy.
Saturday morning I took bryan in for his other blood test. The diagnostic clinic wouldnt do it though, so we had to go all the way to the hospital. And there we found his stepdad and later his mom and aunt and grandpa. His grandmas back in the hospital, but this time its for gall stones.
We got our haircuts together on saturday too, mine looks fabulous. But when she finished cutting it, she didnt dry it or put any product in it whatsoever. So basically when I got out to the parking lot, I looked like I had just been electrocuted. great! I had to run to shoppers after that and buy myself some hair stuff. Then we went to his grandmas house for a bbq. Trent was there and he told us all about his little adventure in australia, it was good information. He even said that he would give us his phone that he bought there, cause it doesnt work here at all. Saturday night we had a little party at bryans place, it was alright, all we really ended up doing was watching south park and movies, drinking and alan puking off the balcony..... and having that stink for the last couple days. Irish creme and pizza really doesnt go well together when its puked up and sitting by the walkway to your apartment.
Sunday I bought my baby :) It took a little while to get it organized and such, but I now even have reception in bryans house. yay!

Today, was a very good day, In fact, its been a very good weekend....kinda. Its only been a good weekend cause this morning I got my laptop!! Yes thats right, yours truly has jumped on the bandwagon and sailed away to get herself a laptop. My parents said they would buy me it, but this is how its going to go. I have to buy it, and then they will slowly pay me back, which im sure will happen very slowly, if at all. But who cares, I have a laptop. I also have some very good other news. I have $1500 in scholarships!! Plus right now, im going to try and find some more over the internet that I can fill out. More money for australia baby.
