Oh boy do I have a story....
Ok so today I went cold calling, like I have all the other days this week. I get up to crescent heights, and we start cold calling. About a half an hour later I get to a house, the usual, go up to the door, ring the bell, hear the faint whisper of the tv on, someone comes to the door, I give them my schpeal, they say no... the usual. So anyways, as I was walking away from this house it feels like I almost trip on something. They had their hose out on the driveway spread all over the place I thought I had just tripped on that. No, I looked down only to find that my freaking flip flop had split into two, horizontally, so the bottom half of my foot is on the driveway...... I told my team and I was alright to go, just a couple more houses and we would be done. But no... get halfway to the next house and the straps come undone from the shoe... there is literally no shoe left for me to wear... Oh boy.. the humility. I had to call it a day... walk the 1/2 kilometre back to my car BARE FOOT.. oh yes. It was fun. Then I also had to drive home with no shoes...
So basically I made a whole $5.... which I will now use NOT buying flip flops.
Boy I was NOT a happy camper when I got home.

Goodnight.... your embarrassing me, your embarrasing you
Well since I have so much time on my hands.. and will have for the next two weeks I thought hey, I might as well start blogging again because blogging is the best invention ever and then when you want to look back at what you were feeling April 15 2007 YOU CAN!
Like the other day... I went back to the land of spring 2004, read all my posts and even made a comemorative cd! That was on Saturday... good ol' saturday, where do I begin.
Well after I made my cd me and my sister took the dog for a really really long walk. We walked through the paths and to RJS convinience store where we bought slushes and I bought Cinnamon gum because that is what we always used to have in english class in the spring of 2004 and I was craving it. So after the convenient store we went to the park and laid in the sun and ran around like morons... o wait that was just me. And when I happened to be running around the gum fell out of my pocket and we had to go back and look for it. But I found it.
That night me and all the guys got together and guess what we played??? MARIO PARTY. I am totally on the bandwagon now, which is great, it was super fun. Everyone got drunk except for me because I was DD of course which is totally lame let me tell you. We left Nathan and Nolans house at 4 in the morning and I didnt feel like driving all the way to Crescent Heights to drop Bryan off, so he slept at my house.... and jeez.. my mother didnt even talk to me in the morning. O wait she did... she said "That better not happen again."..... wow mom..... thanks for making Bryan want to never come over again... You'd think im 13 sometimes. She didnt even ask for a reason WHY he slept over... whatever.
Today I made a whole $10 by going cold calling for an hour, it was great fun.... no, it was ok. My boss is really cool, she did an exchange when she was in high school to Barcelona for 5 months. That would be the coolest thing in the world. Plus shes also seen Celine Dion in Las Vegas...... My boss is my new hero.

This is how I roll
Well... its been a loong semester. But hey, im almost done. I have literally 7 days left and then I am done school completely!! After School is done though I have to do a practicum. For my practicum I am going to the Days Inn here in Medicine Hat, it should be exciting. Brandi went there last semester and she said that it was really fun. Im not really looking forward to it though, maybe its because my last practicum was a major waste of time and money.
Then after my practicum is all complete and everything then I get a whole week off. You dont know how nice that week is going to be. For the last three weeks ive been running around like a chicken on fire because of all the stupid project I have to do for school.
Today was the major one though, I had my CTC Egypt presentation and it went well with Cleopatrick and all...
Other than that, on friday I have a cruise assignment but it will be fun. I bought a dress/shirt for my cousins wedding in a couple weeks, so im going to wear that, and leis because it is very caribbean.
Basically all im doing is rambling and wasting time on the internet until Bryan gets home. Oh and then we need to pack because he is moving back to his parents house... which he believes is going to save him money. The thing is they are charging him $250 a month rent, plus he has to buy all his lunch groceries. Personally, I will pay the extra $100 or so a month if it means I dont have to go over to his parents house.... Im NOT a big fan of them, as you can tell.
We also have to go shopping tonight because I need painter pants or shorts for my painting job this summer which I am totally excited to start!

spring freaking break
Guessy whos coming to Vernon in July!? me me me. Its only for a short while though, a couple days. Because after that I am going to the Island with my parents, to Tofino.. im excited, hopefully I'll convince them to take me whale watching.
Today I got confirmed for my other practicum, I'am NOT going to vernon again, im staying here and going to the Days Inn. Brandi was there last semester and she said it was fabulous, so im hoping its just as fabulous for me. Other than that... I have an interview at Value Village tomorrow, and I hope I get the job because I am BROKE.
Yeah... and this spring break thing kinda sucks... All ive done is homework ALL WEEK.

Merry Fing Christmas
So... I know it has been a while since I last updated. I have been at my practicum for the last two weeks... two weeks of boring.. boringness. All I did was sit there and watch them, it sucked. Nevermind the fact that I was in Vernon alone with no one to hang out with. Although, on sunday I did get the chance to hang out with Kylie for a little while. That was fun, it was good to catch up. I left on thursday, I had had enough of it, and decided to just do the 70 hours instead of two full weeks. The bus ride on the way back was brutal. I had a seat all to myself until we hit revelstoke, then when I decide to do some homework on the bus, some old guy decides to come sit beside me. Grr. Not only that, but he had a HAM HOGIE with him. Therefor the whole way home, all I was smelling was Ham hogie... and farts. Old people farts. Good lord.
Bryan picked me up from the bus station, and since I hadnt really had anything to eat all the way home, he picked us up some Wendy's and we ate when we got home. It was the most delicious thing I had ever tasted.
Then on Saturday, we had christmas cookie making day, withought the crafts. Im getting less creative in my old age. So we made sugar cookies, and pin wheels which were a pain in the ass! We made enough for us, his mom, his dad, and his grandpa. We made a lot of cookies. Then on saturday night. We hit up the starbucks and then went looking at christmas lights. It was very romantic even thoguh we would have died from the wind if we would have gotten out of the car.
Last night we watched Love Actually. My favorite christmas movie in the world!!
Merry Christmas everybody. Ill tell you what I get for christmas. Oh... Im not done yet. I have more ranting to do. Guess what my stupid spoiled bitch of a sister got... oh yes, sissy got a fucking video ipod. Cause that was the only thing she wanted....
Ever since I've been in Medicine Hat ive had to sleep at bryans house because I just cant stand my family anymore. All they do is give give give to my stupid spoiled whore of a sister. Here's a new bed, Here's a fully paid trip to London (because its "for band"), Here's a tv and satellite reciever in your room, Here's a dog because you've wanted one for so long. Oh.. also here's a video ipod for christmas, nevermind the fact that we're in debt, if my little baby wants one, well... whats $500 for my princess. Plus all the other presents that she has. Which is like 846 million.
Fuck im sick of her, I cant wait to move out.

Want to know why I hate winter. Well yesterday I was driving home after bryan had forgotten all his things at my house. And when we were coming around the corner near my house, we literally did a 360. THEN this morning, on my way to school, same corner, I did about a 90 degree turn, it was ok because that one was easy to get out of. Coming back was a different story, I was coming home AFTER school same god damn 90 degree turn, this time I was stuck in a snow bank.... I felt like the CC trying to get out of it, reversing, going straight, getting stuck again. I eventually got out or else I would not be here. I probably would have froze in my car because yes... it is -25 out today.
Needless to say, Im taking a different route if I ever want to leave again today.
I also hate the christmas time for one particular reason. Food. For the last two weeks I have had two and a half boxes of cherry chocolate. God I feel fat.

Pocket Change
So this week in general has been very busy. Last weekend, on Friday, Bryans grandma died. So as soon as I heard this, I left work ( only 2 hours into my shift, but I really don't care) and stayed with bryan for the night. All weekend we were there at his grandpas house, eating trays and such. Bryans friend Chris for Taber is here this week to, so hes also staying at bryans house. Alan came over on Friday night, and we went glo bowling to, so bryan could get his mind off of things. I love glo bowling, I havnt bowled for years. They also got drunk friday night. And then kinda again on saturday.
Monday I went to school, as well as tuesday. But bryan took tuesday off. Tuesday was the viewing and the prayer reading. I also had a major marketing project due on wednesday, I didnt stop doing things on tuesday. neither did bryan, he was so busy that he left his dress shoes on top of his car and then drove away.... I wasnt there when that happened. But we had to retrace his steps, needless to say we didnt find them.
The prayer reading was sad. Bryan and all his cousins had to say a couple words. That was the hardest part.
The actual funeral was wednesday morning. Holy cow were there a lot of people. We went to a huge gothic catholic church. The ceremony lasted an hour, I thought it was going to be much longer. Then we went to the grave yard. I got to ride in the limo with bryan and all his cousins. I dont get to ride in limos often.
There was a very large funeral procession..... very long. After we went to the redcliff legion... were there were A LOT of old people. There was lunch.. but we went back to his grandpas house.
We went home after, watched The Notorious Bettie Page, then I called Brandi.
I didnt really want to go to the Drink a small town dry thing. I just wanted to sleep. But she made me go. It was alright, they drove us to Elkwater lake lodge. It was just a lame little restaurant with really slow bar staff.Then at 11 they drove us back to Ralphs. That was my night. Ill have pictures posted soon.

Yay..... 14 hour bus ride
Im confirmed!! Im confirmed. So... from December 4th to December 15th, I am going to be in Vernon!! So I probably will be there alone... seeing as how everyone has their finals that week, but o well. Im going to the Uniglobe Kalamalka travel and im SOOOOO excited. So I guess Im not going to Victoria, or staying here like my parents want. But I really want to go here.
So this Christmas wont be as cheap as I hoped it would be. Sadly.
Anyways, this weekend sucked. I went to ezzies on friday, I was supposed to meet brandi there, but guess who didnt show up... so I left an hour later.
Saturday we went to the corona, only for an hour. We went to Jason's before that cause they just had to play with their new air soft guns. .... Boys...
Yesterday we carved beautiful pumpkins, and thats about all we accomplished. I was supposed to dye my hair too, but we didnt have time.
